Nobody hands you a glossary at diagnosis.

You sit in a meeting and someone says they’ll issue the NOREP after the ER, and everyone nods, and you nod too, because asking feels like admitting you don’t know what’s going on.

This was me. I know this feeling.

So I made the thing I wish someone had handed me. 119 acronyms and terms, in plain English, with the Pennsylvania-specific ones flagged separately. Because PA has its own vocabulary, and when you Google NOREP you get nothing useful.
