This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid memberships and listing upgrades purchased on buckscountyautismresources.com, operated by Bucks County Autism Resources (“BCAR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a paid membership or listing, you agree to this policy.
Paid Memberships
Bucks County Autism Resources offers paid listings and features through recurring monthly memberships. When you subscribe, your payment method is charged the membership fee at the time of purchase and automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL]. To avoid being charged for the next monthly cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. When you cancel, your paid listing or features will remain active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and will not renew after that.
Refunds
Membership fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. Cancelling stops all future charges, but we do not provide refunds or credits for the current billing period, for partial months, or for periods during which you did not use your membership. This applies whether you cancel yourself or your membership is suspended or removed due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in limited circumstances, such as a duplicate charge, a clear billing error on our part, or where a refund is required by applicable law. Price Changes
We may change membership pricing from time to time. We will provide advance notice of any price change, and the new price will apply to your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or remove your paid listing or features until payment is successfully processed. Reactivation after a failed payment may require a new payment.
Effect of Cancellation or Non-Payment
When a paid membership ends — whether by cancellation, non-payment, or removal — your listing may be downgraded to a free listing or removed from the directory, at our discretion.
