Description

Indian Creek Foundation is a nonprofit that has served children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism in the Bucks and Montgomery County area since 1975. For teens and adults, services include a Transition Age Youth (TAY) program for youth ages 15-18 with autism (building pre-vocational and life skills), adult Day Services and Community Participation Supports, vocational training and employment options, and residential and community-based services including group homes and lifesharing. The foundation also offers outpatient behavioral health for people with a dual diagnosis of a developmental disability and a mental health challenge. Note: the foundation’s main office is in Souderton, just over the Bucks line in Montgomery County, but its residential homes and services extend throughout Bucks County. Most services are accessed by referral through a Supports Coordinator.
