ConsultLine is a free Pennsylvania Department of Education helpline for parents and advocates of children with disabilities, or children thought to be disabled. Advisers explain federal and state special-education laws, describe the options and procedural safeguards available to parents, identify other agencies and support services, and explain available remedies and how to proceed with concerns about a child’s IEP or services.
