AHEDD

AHEDD is a specialized nonprofit that has helped people with disabilities find and keep community employment since 1977. Using an evidence-based Supported Employment model, AHEDD’s Employment Specialists guide participants through career assessment, job searching, resume and interview prep, job placement, and on-the-job coaching. AHEDD also provides Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) — explaining how working affects SSI/SSDI benefits — and Ticket to Work services, plus youth transition services beginning as early as age 14.
